"Basically, Karina walked me through the whole process. I hadn't purchased a property in a long time so was a bit intimidated, but Karina made it so easy. She was right on top of each step and explained things in an understandable way. She is very knowledgeable about the Reno market. But what I appreciated most was that she communicated instantly to every inquiry and arranged all the walk throughs, inspections, escrow appointments, etc. The purchase went so smoothly. "We recently used Karina for the sale of my mother's house. We chose her because she had done such a great job with selling my mother-in-law's house several years ago.She is truly awesome! Mom's house was dated and needed some work done prior to listing it. Karina handled everything for us. Once listed, we got numerous offers in the first 5 days, and accepted one for $35K over the asking price.Karina is very good at what she does and is delightful to work with. I highly recommend her!"

Our experience was beyond expectation in all facets of selling our home. Her expertise, guidance, and sound market experience was invaluable for us as we waded through the process of selling. She let us know what we needed to do to prepare for the selling procedure before we put our house on the market.She kept us abreast of neighborhood comps in our area in order to make sure we knew the best ball park estimate regarding what we could sell for. Once our house was sold (hallelujah!) she helped us find a realtor in the city we were transitioning to.Selling and/or buying a house is an exhausting experience.
